Practice Accountant - Part Qualified / Semi Senior / QualifiedWiltshireFrom £30,000 DOE We are currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established and independent accountancy practice seeking to appoint an experienced Practice Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a broad and varied role and is looking to join a professional, supportive and personable working environment. The firm operates with a traditional, client-focused approach and is seeking someone who is happy to take a hands-on role across all areas of the practice, including supporting wider administrative functions when required. The Role: The successful Semi Senior Accountant will be involved in a varied portfolio of work including: Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Bookkeeping and VAT returns Personal and corporation tax work Client liaison and ongoing client support Assisting with payroll duties where required General office and practice administration Skills and Experience as a Semi Senior Accountant: Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential AAT / ACA / ACCA part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience Comfortable working within a smaller practice environment Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail A flexible and proactive approach Ability to manage a varied workload independently Strong communication and client-facing ..... full job details .....
