We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed SEMH Youth Worker to join a specialist SEN primary school in Stockport. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to work with children who require additional support to feel safe, build trusting relationships and engage positively with their education. The Role As an SEMH Youth Worker, you will play a key role in supporting pupils'' social, emotional and mental health, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the wider SEN team to provide consistent, nurturing and structured support.
