Adapt lesson content and pace to support emotional regulation and different learning styles. Build strong, trusting relationships with students to create a supportive and safe learning environment. Support students in developing subject knowledge, study skills, and exam readiness. Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents, carers, or professionals as necessary. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths or English. Experience working with learners with SEMH, either in a one-to-one or small group setting. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one). Desirable Qualifications: PGCE in Secondary Education and/or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
