We''re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in SEMH schools and Alternative Provision settings across Chelmsford. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 8-16 with additional needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), ADHD, PTSD, ASD and challenging behaviours. What you''ll be doing: Supporting pupils with additional needs in their learning and personal development Working closely with class teachers to create engaging and interactive activities Helping children develop social skills and positive relationships Maintaining a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment Making a genuine difference to young people''s lives every day What we''re looking for: A genuine interest in supporting young people, especially those with mental health needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy and resilience Previous experience is a bonus - but not essential as full training will be given The role: Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only Pay: from 90 per day and upwards depending on experience Start: ASAP and Temp to Perm options Location: ChelmsfordWhy work with us?
