You will work closely with class teachers and the pastoral team to create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Individualised Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to deliver tailored interventions.Emotional Regulation: Use trauma-informed practices to help students manage their emotions and de-escalate challenging behaviours.Academic Assistance: Help students access the curriculum by adapting tasks to their specific needs and interests.Relationship Building: Act as a positive role model, building trusting and consistent relationships with pupils.Monitoring Progress: Assist in tracking emotional and academic milestones, contributing to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).The Ideal CandidateWe are looking ..... full job details .....
