This rewarding role involves supporting students throughout the school day, both within the classroom and in other learning environments . You will work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups , helping them to engage with learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual goals. The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs. Support students during lessons and around the school throughout the day. Build positive relationships with students and staff. Encourage positive behaviour and promote student engagement. Work closely with teachers and the wider support team.
