This rewarding role involves supporting students with  Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , helping them to engage positively with their education and reach their full potential.  Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will provide both classroom and individual support, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for young people.   Key Responsibilities:    Support students with SEMH needs within the classroom and around the school.  Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to promote academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
