The successful candidate will work with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , providing support both in and outside the classroom. You will play an important role in helping students to engage with their education, manage their emotions and develop positive relationships. The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with young people, particularly those with SEMH or additional needs. Be patient, compassionate, resilient and confident in managing challenging behaviour. Be able to build positive and trusting relationships with students and staff.
