As a SEMH Teaching Assistant you will support students with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them engage positively with learning and develop the confidence and skills they need to flourish.This is a role for a Teaching Assistant who believes in the power of relationships, understands the impact of trauma, and is motivated by seeing young people make progress academically, socially and emotionally.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEMH needsBuilding strong, trusting relationships that promote emotional regulation and positive behaviourSupporting teachers in delivering personalised learning and targeted interventionsAssisting with behaviour support plans and contributing to student reviewsWorking closely with pastoral, SEND and safeguarding teamsHelping create a calm, safe and inclusive environment across the schoolWhat We''re Looking ForExperience working with young people with SEMH, SEND or behavioural needsA ..... full job details .....
