      <description>Location: Eccles | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Temporary | SEMH Teaching Assistant - Secondary School    Location:  M30  Job Type:  Full-Time, Long-Term  Hours:  Term Time Only  Pay:  -110120 per day (depending on experience)  A secondary school in the  M30  area is seeking an  SEMH Teaching Assistant  to join the team on a full-time, long-term basis.  The school provides education for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and focuses on maintaining high expectations, structured learning and positive outcomes. Staff work together to ensure students access education and develop the skills needed for future success.   The Role   Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will provide classroom and individual support to students with SEMH needs, helping them access learning and achieve their educational targets.   Key Responsibilities    Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.  Support students during lessons and throughout the school day.  Implement behaviour management strategies.
