We are looking for a dedicated and resilient  SEMH Teaching Assistant  to join a supportive specialist setting in Rochdale.  This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.   The Role    Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.  Support pupils in managing emotions, behaviour and engagement in learning.  Build positive, trusting relationships to promote confidence and resilience.  Use de-escalation and behaviour management strategies to support pupils throughout the school day.
