A supportive and inclusive school in Reading is seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. In this role, you will work closely with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing academic and emotional support within a structured and nurturing environment.  You will support pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, trauma-related needs, ADHD, ASD, and other additional learning needs, helping them engage positively with learning and develop essential life skills. You will work alongside experienced teachers, teaching assistants, and pastoral staff to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.
