You will provide 1:1 and small group interventions, implement behaviour support strategies, and use effective de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviour.You will play a key role in helping pupils regulate their emotions, build resilience, and engage positively in their learning. The role requires patience, consistency, and strong behaviour management skills.
