SEN Teaching Assistant FULL TIME, UNTIL JULY 2027 - STARTING IMMEDIATELYWe are working with a small, specialist setting in Salford (M27) who are looking to add several teaching assistants to their small yet highly supportive team.Our school provides a tailored education to young people aged between 11 and 16, who find accessing mainstream education challenging - there will be a high focus on building professional, respectful and meaningful relationships with young people who need consistency and focus in their education.Despite being a small setting, our Headteacher prides themselves on offering an inclusive learning environment where young people can thrive.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Salford Position - Teaching Assistant Type of work - Long term Non-Teaching cover Start date - November 2026 Duration / Likely Duration - July 2027 End date (if applicable) - July 2027 Contract type - Temporary Full time/part time - Full Minimum rate of pay - GBP100 Hours 8:30am to 4pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONSRecent Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher, OR Experience as a TA in a similar setting, OR experience working with young people in a vocational/coaching capacityPrevious experience working in a UK schoolUp to date Safeguarding training issued in the last yearTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new ..... full job details .....
