SEN Teaching AssistantFULL TIME, UNTIL JULY 2027 - STARTING IMMEDIATELYWe are working with a small, specialist setting in Bolton (BL1) who are looking to add several teaching assistants to their small yet highly supportive team.Our school provides a tailored education to young people aged between 11 and 16, who find accessing mainstream education challenging - there will be a high focus on building professional, respectful and meaningful relationships with young people who need consistency and focus in their education.Despite being a small setting, our Headteacher prides themselves on offering an inclusive learning environment where young people can thrive.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILSLocation - Bolton Position - Teaching Assistant Type of work - Long term Non-Teaching cover Start date - November 2026 Duration / Likely Duration - July 2027 End date (if applicable) - July 2027 Contract type - Temporary Full time/part time - Full Minimum rate of pay - GBP100 Hours - 8:30am to 4pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS- Recent Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher, OR Experience as a TA in a similar setting, OR experience working with young people in a vocational/coaching capacity.- Previous experience working in a UK school - Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:- Hold Right to Work in the UK - Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to ..... full job details .....
