Your Responsibilities: Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Building trusting and positive relationships with children Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Delivering structured interventions and 1:1 support Encouraging confidence, resilience, and independence Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and SENCOs The Successful Candidate Will Have: Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years Experience supporting children with SEMH or behavioural needs Excellent behaviour management skills A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach A genuine passion for helping children succeed Why Join Aspire People?
