The successful candidate will: Support learners with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Help pupils self-regulate, develop confidence and engage positively in learning. Implement SEMH strategies and behaviour support plans alongside qualified staff. Promote a calm, consistent and trauma-aware classroom environment. Assist with lesson resources, differentiation and pupil observations. Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and pastoral teams. Applicant Requirements Essential: Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs. Strong understanding of behaviour, emotional regulation and social development.
