We have opportunities available immediately and for September 2026 starts.This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working with young people who may display challenging behaviour or require additional emotional and behavioural support. We welcome applicants from education, care, youth work, sports coaching and support work backgrounds.The Role:Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsBuilding positive relationships with students who may have experienced barriers to learningProviding 1:1 and small group support throughout the school dayPromoting engagement, confidence and emotional regulationSupporting behaviour management strategies and positive outcomesWorking alongside Teachers, Pastoral Teams and Therapeutic ProfessionalsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:A calm, patient and resilient approachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience working with children, young people or vulnerable adultsConfidence managing challenging behaviour in a positive and professional mannerA ..... full job details .....
