The Role You''ll be supporting secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them engage with learning, manage behaviour positively, and achieve their full potential. You''ll work alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff, providing support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups within a structured, supportive environment.
