You will work closely with the SENCO and class teacher to provide tailored emotional regulation strategies and help the student engage positively with the curriculum. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 academic, social, and emotional support to a pupil with SEMH needs. Implement de-escalation strategies and follow personalized behavior management plans.
