The Role
We are seeking Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic children with their learning, social development, and emotional regulation. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help deliver a curriculum that is engaging, inclusive, and tailored to individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils with autism and SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom.
Assisting in the delivery of engaging, differentiated lessons.
Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils to encourage progress.
Supporting the development of communication, independence, and life skills.
Helping to manage behaviour positively and consistently in line with school policy.
Providing one-to-one and small group support where required.
About You

Willing to learn and develop professionally.
Experience in an SEN/SEMH setting is desirable but not essential - full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidates.
