A specialist SEMH school in Trafford is seeking a motivated SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be a crucial member of this school''s support team, working with a variety of additional needs such as ADHD, ASD, Trauma and Challenging Behaviour.

The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant

As part of a collaborative staff team, you will support pupils in managing behaviour, building confidence, and accessing the curriculum. Your work as a SEMH Teaching Assistant will include 1:1 mentoring, classroom support, and behaviour intervention strategies.

You will help create a positive, structured environment where pupils feel safe and supported.
