Job Title: Teaching Assistants
Location: West Kirby (Wirral)
Salary: Up to -120 per day, DOE
Contract Type: Full-Time, (with potential for permanent)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri

Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Join our specialist secondary SEND school in the Wirral, helping students with autism, ADHD, and additional needs achieve their full potential. Experience in SEND or care roles is a plus, but dedication and compassion are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and emotional support to students with SEND.
• Assist with daily routines and small group/1:1 sessions.
• Work alongside teachers and staff to implement individualised learning plans.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Background in education, care, or SEND support.
• Patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS and references required.
