This rewarding role involves supporting pupils aged with SEMH needs and Autism, helping them access education in a nurturing, structured and highly supportive environment. The school is committed to promoting positive relationships, emotional wellbeing and individual achievement, ensuring every student is equipped with the skills needed for adulthood. The Role: Support students with SEMH and Autism both in and out of the classroom.Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and progress.Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning activities.Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour using restorative approaches.Help students develop confidence, resilience and independence.Work closely with teaching staff, families and external professionals to support individual learning and wellbeing plans.
