This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team and make a genuine difference in the lives of young people. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 support and work with small groups of secondary-aged pupils. Support pupils who may experience barriers to learning, disengagement from education and behavioural challenges. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities. Help create a positive, supportive and structured learning environment. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Support pupils with their social, emotional and behavioural development. Assist with behaviour management using positive and consistent strategies. Encourage pupils to engage with their learning and develop confidence and independence.
