About the Role:As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you''ll work with pupils who may display challenging behaviour due to trauma, anxiety, or unmet emotional needs. You''ll provide 1:1 support and small group intervention, helping pupils develop positive relationships, regulate their emotions, and engage in learning.You''ll work as part of a dedicated and supportive team, creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes personal growth and educational progress. We''re Looking For:-Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs, or similar challenges-A calm, consistent, and non-judgemental approach-Resilience, empathy, and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively-Teamwork and strong communication skills-A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection-A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is helpful, but not essential What We Offer:-£100 - £130 per day-A variety of flexible roles to suit your availability-Long-term and day-to-day placements in ..... full job details .....
