This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may not have previous experience working within an SEMH setting. Prior experience is not essential - the school is looking for individuals with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed. The Role As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to help learners overcome the barriers that can prevent them from engaging with education.
