Some of the students will have additional needs including challenging behaviour and SpLD (ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia). The school are looking for candidates who have experience supporting children and/or young people with SEND, ideally Autism and SEMH. The pupils highly benefit from being at the school. In some cases, their attendance to school dramatically improves their life chances and the choices they make for their future. You will join a dedicated and motivated staff team. The school will consider people at the start of their teaching career who have transferable skills from other employment or those who have been working towards obtaining teacher training qualifications. You will be an experienced teacher or someone who has worked as an HLTA. Some experience of SEMH/ SEND is desirable, but the right person will benefit from training and CPD opportunities. You will be eager to develop your pedagogy by learning more about how ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences)... Temporary
