As an SEMH Teacher, you will Deliver tailored teaching to primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs, using relational and trauma approaches. Plan and differentiate lessons that support EHCP outcomes, emotional development and academic progress. Work collaboratively with the SENCO, pastoral staff, therapists and parents/carers to ensure consistent, holistic support. Embed emotional regulation strategies and promote positive behaviour through restorative and therapeutic practices. Support progress across academic, social and emotional areas.
