Are you an experienced SEMH Teacher looking for your next challenging and rewarding role this September?

We''re working with a specialist SEMH all through school (Primary and Secondary) in Orpington that is urgently looking for a confident, resilient SEMH Teacher to join their team.

The school supports students with SEMH needs teaching them in a structured and nurturing setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a SEMH Teacher who enjoys working closely with small groups and making a genuine difference to pupils who require tailored learning approaches.

What you''ll be doing as a SEMH Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews.

What we need from you:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience with SEMH, PRU, youth work, or similar
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
• Available from September
