We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist education setting in Coalville for a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join their team from August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a nurturing and supportive learning environment. The Role As an SEMH Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress. Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and the wider multidisciplinary team. Promote positive behaviour through restorative and trauma-informed approaches. Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
