This role is ideal for SEMH teachers who are looking for part-time, ad-hoc, short-term, or ongoing flexible placements rather than a fixed long-term contract.About the RoleAs a SEMH Teacher, you''ll be working with small groups or individual pupils who may present with:Trauma and attachment needsSocial, emotional, mental health (SEMH)Anxiety or school refusalBehavioural challengesAutism, ADHD or additional learning needsLessons are often delivered in a nurture-based or alternative curriculum setting, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, engagement and personalised learning rather than traditional classroom delivery.You may lead core subject lessons, interventions or project-based learning, with support from experienced LSAs and behaviour mentors.
