Job Title: SEMH TeacherLocation: TewkesburyStart Date: Immediate StartSalary: £170 - £190 per dayDo you have experience supporting young people with SEMH and additional SEND needs?Are you a qualified Teacher with strong classroom management skills?Can you create an engaging and supportive learning environment for students aged 11-19?TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary SEMH provision based in Tewkesbury. The provision supports students aged 11-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs, alongside students with additional SEND needs, providing a supportive environment in which young people can engage with their education.The provision is looking to take on an SEMH Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEMH Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively and adapting their teaching to meet the individual educational and emotional needs of students.The successful SEMH Teacher will have: QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)Experience teaching or supporting students with SEMH and SEND needsStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsThe ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needsA patient and resilient approachExcellent communication and relationship-building skills In return for the above you can expect to receive: A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding processCPD Courses and certificates ..... full job details .....
