The setting provides a structured and supportive environment, focusing on re-engaging learners with education and promoting positive behaviour and personal development. The PRU is looking to appoint a SEMH Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis, with the opportunity to go permanent following a successful trial period. The successful SEMH Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students with SEMH needs, using strong behaviour management strategies and Team Teach techniques to support and de-escalate challenging situations.
