Are you an approachable, inclusive, and resilient educator andmdash; qualified or unqualified andmdash; with experience teaching in a SEND setting, particularly supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs£
One of our specialist SEMH schools in Swale are seeking dedicated teachers to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need consistency, care, and understanding.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience teaching in SEMH or SEND settings is essential
- Qualified or unqualified teachers with strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive, trust-based relationships with students
- Resilience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach
- A specialism in English or Maths is desirable but not essential
