These pupils have primary diagnoses of SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and Autism.This is not a traditional classroom role; you will be the architect of a curriculum that balances core subjects with self-regulation and independence.Key Highlights:Small Class Size: Just 9 students per class.Incredible Support Ratios: You will be supported by 5 dedicated Teaching Assistants in your classroom at all times.Balanced Curriculum: Focus on all subjects through the lens of life skills and self-regulation.Stability: This is a 5-day-a-week role (08:30 - 16:00) running through the end of the academic year, with a clear view to a permanent contract for the 2026/27 academic year.Requirements (Essential)To be successful ..... full job details .....
