Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support learning and personal development. Use effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment. Monitor, assess and track student progress. Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff and external professionals. Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.RequirementsEssential Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
