Staff are encouraged to look beyond behaviour, understand individual needs and use positive, consistent approaches to help pupils develop both academically and emotionally.The RoleAs an SEMH Teacher, you will create a structured, engaging and supportive learning environment where pupils can develop confidence, independence and a positive relationship with education.You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that are adapted to meet individual needs, while establishing clear routines, boundaries and expectations.
