This specialist setting supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , many of whom may display challenging behaviours and require a nurturing, structured, and therapeutic approach to learning. The Role: SEMH Teacher Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving positive outcomes. Work collaboratively with support staff, senior leaders, and external professionals. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. The Successful Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
