Key Responsibilities - SEMH support - Provide tailored assistance to pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. - Behaviour guidance - Use de-escalation strategies and positive behaviour approaches. - Classroom assistance - Work closely with the class teacher to deliver structured learning. - 1:1 mentoring - Build trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and understood. - Progress monitoring - Support emotional, social, and academic development.
