Hours: 8:30am 3:30pm, Monday to FridayPay: £102.56 per dayStart Date: ASAPContract: Full-timeTeacherActive is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work within a supportive school setting in Suffolk.We are looking for a patient, enthusiastic and reliable individual who is passionate about supporting children and young people with their learning and development. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide both classroom and individual support, helping pupils remain engaged, confident and able to access their education.The role will involve: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis Assisting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities Supporting pupils with additional learning needs Helping to manage behaviour positively and consistently Encouraging pupils'' independence, confidence and social development Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment Providing additional pastoral and emotional support where required The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience working with children or young people Ideally have experience within a school, SEND, care or support setting Be patient, resilient and adaptable Have strong communication and relationship-building skills Be confident supporting pupils with a range of individual needs Be available to work 8:30am 3:30pm, Monday to Friday What TeacherActive can offer: £102.56 per day A dedicated recruitment consultant supporting you throughout your placement Access ..... full job details .....
