We, Academics, are currently seeking 7 caring and motivated SEMH Support workers to work from September for a specialised education program primarily based in Worcester. This particular position includes supporting children and young people between the ages of 6 to 25, especially those aged between 10 to 12, who are currently not attending school but require some aid in re-engaging with learning in the classroom. The students that are needing support may be looked-after children, display difficult behaviours, have SEN OR SEMH needs. The Role: Providing 1-to-1 or group support for students Collecting students and transporting them to community-based venues Supporting students gaining the confidence and interest towards education Assisting pupils with a range of additional needs which may require personal care Hours: 9:30am- 2:30pm, with some 1:00pm- 5:00pm shifts Pay: -15- -16 per hour (depending on experience) Job Type: Temp with potential to become permanent for the right candidates Location: Worcester Travel: A full UK driving...
