      <description>Location: Wednesbury | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Permanent | SEN Teaching Assistant (SRP Provision) - Primary School   Location:  WS10  Hours:  8:30am - 3:30pm  Contract:  Part-time/Full-time Available  Smile Education is currently recruiting for a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) in a welcoming primary school.  This role is based within the school''s  Sunshine Room , supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. While this provision is generally calmer than some specialist settings, the role can still be challenging and requires a patient, consistent, and nurturing approach. You will support pupils who require additional help with emotional regulation, engagement in learning, and positive behaviour. Much of the role involves calmly redirecting pupils, building positive relationships, and helping them access the curriculum in a supportive environment.
