We are currently seeking a dedicated, resilient and experienced  SEMH Learning Support Assistant / SEMH LSA  to support pupils with  very high needs .  This role would suit someone who is confident working with pupils who may present with significant social, emotional and mental health needs, challenging behaviour, and barriers to accessing learning. Strong behaviour management skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be expected to use a calm, consistent and proactive approach to help pupils feel safe, regulated and supported throughout the school day.
