This is a 2:1 provision funded by the Local Authority, delivered within a community-based setting, and is expected to be ongoing. Provision Details Location: BA7 Area Hours: 6 hours per week The young person has diagnoses of: - Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) - Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) The young person also presents with significant: - Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs - History of trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) - Attachment difficulties - Emotional dysregulation - Vulnerability to disengagement from education - Low self-esteem and poor self-image - Difficulties trusting others and forming positive relationships There is also a historical pattern of inappropriate language and physical responses during conflict.
