This is a 2:1 provision funded by the Local Authority, delivered within a community-based setting, and is expected to be ongoing. Provision DetailsLocation: BA7 AreaHours: 6 hours per week The young person has diagnoses of:- Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) The young person also presents with significant:- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs- History of trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)- Attachment difficulties- Emotional dysregulation- Vulnerability to disengagement from education- Low self-esteem and poor self-image- Difficulties trusting others and forming positive relationships There is also a historical pattern of inappropriate language and physical responses during conflict.
