The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet a range of SEMH and additional learning needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development.
- Adapt teaching strategies to ensure all students can access the curriculum and experience success.
- Promote positive behaviour through consistency, patience, and understanding.

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience working with children with SEMH needs, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
- Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills.
- Is resilient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
