Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one tutoring in Maths, English, or Functional Skills to students with SEMH needs. Adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning and emotional needs. Build positive relationships with students, fostering trust and engagement. Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic support for the student. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ideally in an outreach or tutoring capacity.
