SEMH Mentor

Progress Teachers are currently seeking an SEMH Mentor to work within an SEND Provision in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils with challenging behaviours and SEMH, and have a focus around building relationships with students and high expectations for behaviour. Due to expanding their staff base, the Provision are looking for multiple Mentor''s to join their team long-term, either to start ASAP or in September 2025. Why Apply with Progress Teachers? This role will include: Behavioural Support: Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster positive student behaviour. Providing one-on-one or small-group interventions to address behavioural challenges. Collaborating with teachers and support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans. Academic Support: Assisting students with academic tasks and offering additional support as needed.
