PK Education are seeking a resilient and proactive SEMH Mentor to support pupils within a primary setting who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

This is a highly rewarding role working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who may:

• Display challenging behaviour
• Have experienced trauma or disruption
• Need consistent emotional support

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong behaviour management skills
• Can build positive, trusting relationships
• Has experience in schools, youth work, or support roles

Backgrounds in:

• Sports coaching
• Youth work
• Residential care
  are highly transferable.
